7.1.12 . Guidelines for Multistate Research Activities. A motion was passed that "the concept of the manual be approved with the suggested changes." The concerns of the NCRA will be shared with the Executive Directors. A motion was also passed that indicated "The NCRA does not wish to have an oversight committee for the development and implementation of multistate activities. This is part of the expectation of the Executive Directors."
